New PC? Hey Judd, put one together from parts! I'll give you some links if you need them, I like www.pricewatch.com for shopping, Tom's hardware page, sysdoc.pair.com , for hardware advice, and verinet.com for general instructions. It's easy, at least the hardware. The biggest problems I've had is the hash Plug 'n Pray can make out of hardware it doesn't understand. The last couple I put together had 32meg, 3.5g gig disk, TX motherboard, sound and video, 28.8 modem, all for about $650 with a Cyrix P200+, $750 with a Pentium 166 MMX. You could probably do the same for at least $50 less now. (sans monitor of course)
