Maybe. However, the culture of corruption seems to have taken root in the USA. How do you regulate against that? What makes us beter than the rest of the world? We've managed to keep corruption to relatively low levels, even as we have kept our markets free. Go to China or India and you'll see how corruption is crippling their economies, even as they have grown gangbusters. We have to fight against this culture of anything goes that has taken root here. I think it begins with values being taught to our children.
