Both of links would seem to bode well for CCEE and its shareholders provided there is really anything going on with the two companies mentioned. All we've really heard here is rumors of impending deals.

Of further concern might be the fact that CCEE's stock price, even with the rumors of these deals, has been slow to move. Re-read Gary's post:

With all the people involved in deals of this supposed magnitude you would think somebody would be buying the heck out of this stock. I guess the main thing in our favor as holders of this stock is the track record of management. They have shown little to give us reason to trust them. If that isn't ironic I don't know what is.
