I don't like the aftertaste.

I have heard this complaint consistantly. I look upon Stevia as a product that sells well to people who do a lot of shopping at Health Food Stores.

What I discovered when I started buying supplements that fit my diet was that there is a whole culture of Luddite types who reject all "man-made" foods. You can read a lot of them over on the Herb thread. And they abound all over the Internet. For every prescription in use, they want you to take 3 herbs instead. I am neither anti-prescription or supplement. I just want to take things I need for good health.

Our Doctors tend to do the reverse. They tend to be down on anything that isn't prescription. That happens because they are constantly detailed by the Drug reps, while hearing about supplements from their "back to nature" patients. Who are into more things under the sun than we can imagine.

I find that Splenda is a splendid product. Tastes and acts just like sugar. My diet would be very difficult for me without it.
