Barry and all: News Release Chandeleur Bay Production Company - Private placement for $170,000 Chandeleur Bay Production Company CYJ Shares issued 24135409 Wednesday Oct 22 1997 Mr William McKee reports The company has arranged a private placement in the amount of $170,000 by way of a unit offering. The company, subject to regulatory approval, will issue up to 1,000,000 units at $0.17 per unit, each unit consisting of one share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant provides for the purchase of one common share at $0.17 per share at any time up to one year from closing.
