bloomberg had news flashing that chevron is looking to sell off some refineries.. my how times change. everyone was talking about shortage of refinery capacity. Chevron says not profitable enough and less demand... i expect xom will be unloading refineries down the road. I wonder what congress is thinking now about excess profits tax?
