I'd say that SO LONG as the resistance has safe havens inside Pakistan for resupply and regrouping and training and fund-raising,

Precisely why I mentioned help from Pakistan. In all actuality, we'd need very little help from Pak. All we'd need them to do is keep the terrorists from escaping through Pakistan and to look the other way, (not really sure if we could get them to do either very effectively).
