I can see how American cars would look good after a TR-6! American cars ARE pretty good, in general, nowdays. It's just that Japanese vehicles of all types, cars, motorcycles, are just unbelievably good. They're so good, you can find a good used one, and expect it to be totally reliable for years. If you took care of a new one, you might never need another vehicle Add BMWs to the mix....in 9 years, I have had only to change the tires, the brakes, the battery, some lites and the oil....oh wait, one fuse blew.
