Only time will tell if the measures being put into place will make NT great in all areas of communications. I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but it seems to me that an acquisition of ASND would be an excellent move. It would instantaneously put NT on the forefront in this industry, against the likes of CSCO, NN and a growing presence by LU. The opportunity will not be there forever. If I were NT management, I would seriously be considering ASND now, particularly if it did not do so before. Whatever reliability problems exist could, doubtless, be solved by NT's exceptional engineering staff. The move just seems a no brainer to me. Gary Korn
