Let me relay this to you from Genroco >>> HiPPI-6400 info: noc.lanl.gov Silicon Graphics (who designed the "SuMAC" HiPPI-6400 ASIC IBM is fabricating) will include HiPPI-6400 in their next generation workstations and servers. (We are working with our HiPPI-800 customers -- DEC, Fujitsu, HP/Convex, Sun, and others -- to provide them with that capability.) Raytheon/E-Systems is producing a 32x32 switch (very expensive). We're making an inexpensive 5 port hub and an affordable 8x8 switch. Other than the cable & connector infrastructure, no other products have been announced. We're trying to provide the same stuff for gigabyte per second networking that Cisco, 3Com, and Bay Area Networks do at 50 megabytes per second. We were the first company to market with Fibre Channel controllers and watched everyone catch up because the switches, routers, etc from others were late. We won't be dependent upon others for 6400 building blocks! No SEC filings because we're a non-reporting public company.<<<
