I have spoken to our clearing operation and was informed by them as to the condition existing at DTC. I'm sorry if you are unable to get this information. A full service broker could provide it for you. Ask yours. Or ask Riley. Certainly he must know. But then he knows a lot which he hasn't posted. The same people I have talked to say they have talked to Riley and told him the same things. Why isn't he telling you? Why indeed.
