What is the best brand for MK-7 and best source? Just before I got Afib, I froogled it and bought a bottle of "invite" brand K-2 with 90 capsules with 650mcp in it from their site: LINK It was the highest concentration I could find. With shipping, about $20. If it works for you, they offer quantity discounts. I can't take that concentration of it now that I am on Warfarin. As soon as I get off, back on to it. In the meantime, I found a 90mcp bottle of K-2 that I take one a day to balance my warfarin. I find that it takes .05 a gram of warfarin extra to balance me.
