There's a slight price discrepency between the Nasdaq BB and VSE. My guess is this week's volume was about 80-90K. Today's close price on the BB was USD0.50, on the VSE was USD0.56. I don't have any "inside" info on a money deal, but this is clearly JOB 1 for Walker. As for the 3 for 1, this is a proposal that's being brought forth in SW's upcoming stockholders meeting and is included in the proxy statement (check SEC Edgar). The meeting will be 13 Sept. Have you heard anything new?
