One of the wags on that Ratigan trading show did a fun calculation on how much the road trip would cost Ford. He said the trip itself was under a hundred bucks one way, but the 9 hours of the CEO's time came to around 23 grand. <ggg> He then said Southwest offers a $150 one way fare from Detroit to Washington...
