Didn't account correctly for it? Uh, you're being way too generous. They very deliberately underfunded pensions and other long term liabilities for decades. (and it sure makes those quarterly reports look good and boost the value of stock options and keep the bonuses coming.) This is knowingly sucking the financial strength from a company to enrich yourself. Privatize the profits, commonize the cost. And don't forget to laugh at the fact it gets blamed on the greedy workers. This isn't mismanagement problem. This is a morality problem.
