Bob has mentioned in the past the fact that
one can capture 80% of the market gains
with 50% of the risk by going with 50-50 ratio of
equities and fixed securities. This makes
sense over the long term considering historical
interest rates and market gains.

Does anyone have any comment on this philsophy?
