I just mentioned it to him and he said, with nothing to lose, he would refinance again. With no prepayment penalty, he just faxes the latest pay stubs and bank statements to his mortgage broker and goes to sign the paperwork once everything is taken care of. It is as simple as that. With so much turmoil in financial markets and inflationary polices from Fed, I would have never thought this would be possible. Simply amazing ! <NG>
