GZ, you can 'want' anything you want to... but apparently State privacy laws preclude YOU (or any other member of the public) from accessing the originals.

When I was an investigator, I was not working privately, I was employed by the State of Florida and conducted official State investigation surrounding criminal allegations, if I needed records then I got them... if there was a privacy law, then I simply obtained a subpoena duces tecum to secure those records, there was never a problem... also, if the subject himself had nothing to hide, he would typically cooperate and produce the records himself to clear his name, I would never speak with the subject, I would speak with his attorneys and they were always very willing to cooperate with my investigation... actually, over the years I got to know most the attorneys in town pretty well since I would see them in court and out in the hall way, and speak with them on the phone, we were pretty much on a first name basis after hours...<g>
