Wow, that's an awful lot of nicotine to have floating around in your system, you must have really gutted it out. I'm not quite at that level, a little under a pack a day. You have more fortitude than I do, I had a smoke in the early afternoon. Thought maybe I better transition into this. I know, that's a lot of BS. Not bad though, almost 5 o'clock and only one smoke. Tomorrow is the day when I'll have zero smokes. I bought patches, might as well use them.
