Arnie, The AMCI/TMM deal will more than likely NOT end up in issuance of common stock. The deal was made in Preferred series A and the note is extendable and retirerable by TRUDEF sales. It would be my opinion that there is a less than 10% chance that AMCI would receive common stock, and if it did it would not be tradeable under rule 144.
