Cicada to raise $590,000 with one-cent units 2008-12-03 15:23 MT - News Release Mr. Sammy Cheng reports Cicada Ventures Ltd. has negotiated a private placement of 59 million units at one cent per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one transferable share purchase warrant exercisable for five years. The warrants are exercisable at five cents per share during the first year and 10 cents thereafter. A finder's fee is payable according to the rules set out by the TSX Ventures Exchange.
