Yes, we were very lucky and VERY glad we didn't experience any of those Mother Nature blasts!

There are many states I haven't visited as yet....all of the Gulf Coast States, PA (except for a quick trip across on the way to DC from NY), MN, WI, MI and NB too...

WA State is interesting....before we moved here years ago, a teacher said it had 7 totally different climates...and it very well might....the Rain Forest (the coastal NW area), rich farmlands and forest areas (mid coastal northern areas near Bellingham, Lynden) and rich wheat farmlands (Eastern Northern to mid state areas (Spokane and vicinity), going south to where Smithee is is a great Ag fruit and veggie basket, then not far away from there the desert areas, and on to the west coast again...more timber, volcanos, then center Coast consisting of 5 major counties consisting of large population areas and manufacturing, industry and government (too much)...
