But you are saying that "the output" from American universities is inferior......go back and read your post No, this is what I said: it would certainly take a management miracle to turn a second rate input (output of our schools) and make a world beating product using it. (output of our schools)=s second rate input. There is no other way to interpret it.....no matter how much you highlight it.
