Road Warrior, Would you buy a car from, say, BMW if you thought they were going bankrupt within two months? Would you pay big bucks for a five year unlimited airline ticket from an airlines that was in chapter 11? People do it all the time. They keep longer term "assets" - frequent flier miles - in these airlines. The only thing, as a buyer, you hae to worry about is if the warranty is going to be honored. Joe
