Wayne, Absolutely the truth is in your eyes only. Clinton/Rubin/Greenspan may have left a book of matches sitting around. Bush/Greenspan piled up the wood, poured gasoline on it, lit it and then cut off the water pressure so it couldn't be extinguished. Both mistakes, but one major and one minor.
