yur a genius...............please pass that idea to Congress! What a shot in the arm that would be! Instead of giving the money directly to the banks, give it to the people that will spend it and subsidize J6P in the process! It would be a win/win. I wouldn't start planning where I will spend the money , but I do like the concept! :>)
