GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: December 4, 2008 Gulf production dropped to 9.7 Bcf/d in evening flows. The drop today and in recent days is spread across several pipes. A portion of the drop is due to a SONAT Force that is affecting a handful of meters, ANR and Transco are also posting slightly lower volumes. NGPL has repaired the meter with Stingray which should be available today at a capacity of 150 MMcf/d. Although no scheduled volumes from Stingray were posted in evening flows, it is expected that the fixed meter will be utilized to replace lost volumes from and NGPL maintenance and provide another outlet for HIOS and Stingray producers.
