$78 is probably correct for an "all-in" amount, which includes previously unfunded retirement costs for employees who are no longer working. This figure amounts to about $11/hour. Presumably, the figure pertaining to current service employees is the $78-11 = $67, or the older figure of $62 mentioned earlier.

While an argument can be made that the higher figure is misleading when talking about the actual "financial benefit" received by current employees, the figure is still high as hell.
