Carolyn,no definitive help from candlesticks today. Today's black candle does not extend far enough into yesterday's white candle to be out-and-out bearish;however, my glasses are not rosy enough to form a bullish picture either. 43 is not a resistance point,so WIND didn't fail a test here. I wouldn't be surprised to see more upward movement tomorrow to continue the test of the 44 level. Mitch
