This is nonsense. Every U. S. citizen is either "natural born" or "naturalized". According to the 14th Amendment, anyone born in the U. S. is a (natural born) citizen no matter who his or her parents are. And under U. S. law, anyone with at least one parent who's a U. S. citizen is also a (natural born) U. S. citizen no matter whether he or she is born in Panama, Indonesia, or Timbuktu. Obama qualifies on both counts.
