Well the offering is just a proposal I'm guessing to give them flexibility. I'm sure they'll issue some shares, but I don't think as many as people believe. Per PR it's mostly cap ex is my guess. Stuff that was put into motion over the last year that would probably be too costly to stop/idle. They have a very ST cash crunch like many companies here, but w/3 years of good prices more or less locked in LT seems just fine.

However TA wise I wouldn't rule anything out. If the XNG makes new lows along w/the broad market $5-6? Possible. I would think there would be a great bounce off $8-9 if seen, but again not ruling anything out.

Volume is somewhat heavy today so possible that today is the low, but if the sector continues to fall on not counting on that ST. I was really just trying to play a bounce w/something that I think looks good IT/LT FA wise.
