If it did prove correct he would be unqualified. There is a constitutional provision in which the Vice President acts as President until and if the President Elect can be qualified.
A constitutional amendment ? No way. Either he is or isn't and if he is not qualified Biden would ride it out until the next election.

If it turns out that BO didn't qualify under the Constitution? I see only a few variations of the same result. Either way Obama will still be President, because most likely someone would figure out a way to either suspend the Constitutional requirement or amend it with a grandfather clause. The only real benefit we might see out of all this is a change to the vetting procedures for the Democrats (fat chance).
