I believe that we are looking at a good buying opportunity, and I expect it to continue for a few weeks. Looking at the price history of CBUK, the recent dip in price is not unusual. I have not seen any news since the last earnings announcement that would change my bullish view. CBUK was downgraded from 'strong buy' to 'buy' based only on valuation at the time. The earnings estimates for the next quarter seem low; they were not revised after the last earnings report, even though earnings beat expectation by 50%. I expect that CBUK will again beat earnings estimates, and I expect that institutions will start buying again by December. I picked up a few shares today and will look to buy more in a few weeks if CBUK forms a solid base.
