Frank predicted that regulatory legislation aimed at preventing abuses related to subprime mortgages and credit cards stood a much better chance next year, when Democrats have greater majorities in the House and Senate. Why isn't this schmuck, under investigation, suspended from his position on the B&FC, or in jail.... Why is anyone listening to him or Dodd anymore, corruptocrats to the last. Hell, after the negligence they've shown the entire committee should be replaced! Franks or Dodd speaking like they're in a position of moral authority is enough to make me puke.....
