I went to school in Europe including 2 college degrees and I never encountered any 'streaming'. WTF is that supposed to be? Yes, 'drop out's or 'school leavers' is a common thing. My father - a pretty smart but quite lazy guy - was a single kid and encouraged by his mother (!) he left school at 15 because he didn't like his German teacher. He later became a pretty good photographer but suffered the rest of his life from a bad minority complex due to his lack of education. Taro
