I've said this before but I really don't understand why people like you resent the objective of getting off fossil fuels. Its a win win for the US govt because we are sending anywhere from 200 to 800 billion offshore every year to the ME to buy this stuff. Unless you are employed in the petroleum industry, I just don't get this. Its obvious that Toyota kicked the Big 3's respective keester with their fuel efficient lineup so its not like this strategy is a loser from a business standpoint. I think it might be that green fuels are associated too much with democrats and San Francisco maybe?
