I didn't say that. Reread my note. I agree with you totally about Greenspan. Under Reagan, he expanded money supply while Ronnie Babe ran huge deficits. Under Bush 41, he wasn't much tighter, but the Prez was more sensible and unwound some of Reagan's mess. Ditto under Clinton. Under Bush 43, Greenspan and Bush competed to see who could be more reckless with the country's future.
