I have no problem with people suing the government. I think that suing should be made much less expensive and less arcane. Counter suing works too.

Part of the problem with the health care industry is the protective bubble around lousy doctors. They are endlessly shuffled from one job to another leaving a trail of destruction.

It is important to make becoming a doctor much more affordable to the general population and the fining or revoking of licenses or jailing of doctors much easier. That would make the system itself much more robust, reduce the number of medical mistakes and reduce the need for suing anyone.

Doctors and hospitals will still get sued from time to time because they are negligent and incompetent from time to time.
