Capital moves from North to South. Kicks in local markets, which sucks in imports. Provide profits for the mutinationals located there. Send tourists and students up north. These southern countries cannot design and develop products. They have always to go to the north and get the design and pay the royalties. Embraer is just a drawback operation where they get the stuff, make air plane and export it. but the avionics and engines comoe from Europe and the US. It is just planetary assembly line that we have to put together. Not put lots of 80-story buildings in Dubai or paving roads in Saudi Arabia. Go there create their purchasing power and do business.
