The SCOTUS has the power to stay a vote of the electoral college. Sealed things might get unsealed if there were no inauguration in January. I believe that Obama will be forced to provide a Cerificate of Live Birth to the SCOTUS. I don't believe they will do anyting unless it proves that Obama is inelligable to serve.
