Received this mail from my friend Bob with regard to the missing Birth Certificate and the strange circumstances around that subject:
First this:
I expect there is something going on here. Otherwise, BO would have produced the document to everyone's satisfaction. After all, why not?
You hear almost NOTHING about this on American TV and radio. I find that strange also. You'd thing O'Reilly would be all over this story, for example. But as far as I can tell, nothing.
Question now is, does the SCOTUS have enough balls to put the heat on BO? Thomas does, I'd guess, but the rest of them, I'm not so sure. They may attempt hiding under their desks, and just refuse to hear the cases brought to them asking for clarity.
That's the easy way out. Ironic isn't it that only a black justice has balls enough to handle the case.
So the US may get its first illegal alien as President.
What a country. Only in the USA could it happen...
And as a follow up this:
If I was betting money on this, at this point I would bet BO has evaded the constitution, and now is betting that his popularity can "over-rule" the constitution. And it just might, if the SCOTUS decides to take the easy way out by refusing to hear the case (which they can do, without comment, as they commonly do with many cases brought before them - it's SOP).
I don't like the smell of this, especially the fact that the news media don't seem to want to look into it (which is their job)
