Why don't the French and Canadians spend more on health care? Your own stats on Canada show a significant portion of the population is dissatisfied with their health care. The reality is that the US health care system sucks Liberals think everything about America sucks. Always one revolution away from happiness. I realize liberals have a bias against profit and anything that smacks of capitalism, but free markets do work better than government planned ones.
