There was a Fed Filing today about a Richard Jackson who made his filing on Oct 17 to say that he'd be selling 140,000 shares. He's not a company insider, according to the filing. So the question is: Has he filed because he has decided to sell and take a tax loss? Or is the stock about to go back up and he wants to be ready to sell later? Whatever the reason, having 140k hanging over the market can't have helped. -Madly
