This in Rule 7

Any "slimy maneuvering" (SM) will be punished by deduction of 2$ from the individual's portfolio.

may not be enough to overcome "SM".

With a dividend of 20% of a stock's price, for instance, a player could go short and "gain" the $10 to $13 from the dividend and easily afford the $2 fine.

Didn't we once discuss no shorting of a stock that is about to declare a dividend of greater than some % of the stock price?

If shorting TELOZ is OK (a close at $5 or higher), and if it goes X-D another $1.15 at the end of December, I'd like to do it, too. (That's not an Order; I'll consider it.)

With part cash, am I limited to one Friday trade per month, or may I also trade today? No. The current Rule 2 has a limit of 1/month including the initial picks. So I am stuck with 60% cash for the rest of the month.
