Seems a correct thing would be for the chosen "One" to simply produce a legal document.

BTW, there are two viable parties in America, should be much more, but two is what we have to work with now..and I have news for you. Playing pattycake with the Dems is a ONE WAY STREET. Polarization is not such a bad thing, as I want nothing to do with the party of death and socialism.
