No....you have to account for the legalities...I think the Court's decision from a legal perspective was correct. Some disputes are not justiciable....we have to respect the law....or we are no better than the pinheads who float their BDS inspired fantasies .... I've seen the docs Obama has produced and they seem to put the issue to rest except for the polarizaiton we see today. As far as polarization, it seems to me the system as so broken down at this point that we need to find a way to reach some common ground which marginalizes the kooks on both sides of the political spectrum... I have a lot of respect for Gingrich....but Pelosi is defintely not on my Christmas card list... J.
