And... why the heck would 'ignorant people' necessarily be 'euphoric'?

(Unless you are suggesting that perhaps they are simply happy to see the Bush admin. time out? I mean... what ELSE could 'euphoria' be based upon, unless it is HAPPINESS at the change? After all, we are in dire economic straights still, with global problems and wars still ongoing. What else do would you propose to explain your posited 'euphoria', Peter?)
