My husband has eaten oatmeal for breakfast for years, but I am one of those folks that eats breakfast at noon.......until lately.

I don't know if there are benefits from eating a breakfast for me.........certainly every doctor I've seen recommends a good breakfast. My problem was feeling hungry within a few hrs and eating more later.

Oatmeal seems to be the exception to that rule though.

Eliminating wheat, corn and sugar has changed my eating habits a lot....I don't seem to get as hungry between meals as I used to.
