Many of their best people were let go or quit to secure some of these lucrative stock options at firms downthe street who welcomed them with open arms.. With IMPX stock dead who would remain .. who has any value to them ? The big problem is that they have 29-30M outstanding shares. So they are barely worth $ 2.00 per share under any condition.
