So they should actually waste their time on what they know is bullshit because a bunch of loonies want them to??? That would require them to prejudge the case...that's not how a court works.... In any event, I would have to agree that its not worth pursuing as I personally beleive BO is qualified to be President, at least Constitutionally speaking....
